All-day workshop has been prepared in a friendly and easy form, so that participants mainly spent nice time together and on the occasion in an interactive and creative way built positive relationships in the team.
During group work, participants create a script from scratch divided into roles on previously agreed topic / theme that will be recorded later. In working with the script for the film, participants are faced with numerous challenges of communication, cooperation, required to make a decision, finding new, creative solutions, the ability to find compromise.
Films are later presented at a dinner on the so-called “final gala” where a jury will select the winners.
PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP
The main objective of the workshop is to integrate and deepen the relationships in the team.
